Welcome to PART 3 of our online programme unbreakyourheart, where we have a personalised, step-by-step process to help you to pinpoint and then clear out the Emotional Baggage that has been complicating your life and keeping you trapped in a pattern of painful relationships for too long.

It’s another crucial step in helping you to break with the past so you can STOP being with the wrong guys and start looking forward to a happy, loving relationship.  

In PARTS 1 & 2 you completed lots of in-depth questionnaires and exercises to help you get to the root cause of WHY things have been going wrong for you in relationships… for example why you’ve been attracted to (and stayed with) the wrong guys and how you may have sabotaged your romantic relationships.

As we go through PART 3, we’ll draw on your insights and discoveries to help you build up an inventory of the different kinds of Emotional Baggage YOU need to clear out, so you can break away from these damaging, hurtful or toxic relationships and find love with a guy who’s really worth it.

Once you uncover the accumulated painful emotions, unhelpful beliefs and dysfunctional relationship patterns that are messing up YOUR relationships, we’ll guide you through bespoke versions of our Emotional Baggage Clearing Process – which you’ll mostly do with your eyes closed in a very relaxed state. And we’ll help you keep track of progress using your own personal DASHBOARD, until you decide you’re ready to move on to a very different and positive future.

We’ll wrap up PART 3 with a magical exercise to help you tune in to the kind of romantic partner your unconscious mind has in store for you, so you’ll recognise him when you meet him!
