#3 The Emotional Baggage Clearing Process Your personal DASHBOARD
Welcome to your personal DASHBOARD, where you’ll access the clearing process for each item of Emotional Baggage you wish to clear out and also keep track of progress.
We’re going to clear out your Emotional Baggage in the same order I use when working with clients one-to-one. First, your accumulated painful emotions, starting with the ones that lots of women share, then your unhelpful expectations and beliefs… and finally any dysfunctional relationship patterns. When you finish clearing out each set of items, you’ll unlock the next until you have cleared out your whole list.
Instructions for clearing out YOUR Emotional Baggage:
Below you’ll see a set of items you’re going to clear out. You can work through them in order or select the one you’d like to clear out next – for example because you’re in touch with it right now or you’ve been especially aware of it recently… or because it’s having a big impact on your life.
Click the START button next to any item and it will open the exact Clearing Process you need. When you close that page, you’ll arrive back here and your latest intensity rating will appear next to that item. The higher the number, the more of that item you still need to clear out. There’s a good chance you’ll clear it out completely the first time and your intensity rating will be zero.
If it’s higher than zero, that’s also fine. You can click the CONTINUE button to repeat the clearing process whenever you wish, until your intensity rating is closer to zero or reduced to a level where it no longer feels like an issue for you.
When your intensity rating is less than 20%, we’ll grey out the item because at that level you’ll probably notice its impact far less. And when all items in a section are greyed out, it’s fine to click the NEXT button at the bottom and move onto the next section of Emotional Baggage whenever you feel ready.

The Big Seven accumulated painful emotions
Please start by completing the clearing process for ALL of our Big Seven accumulated painful emotions, even if you’re not sure they’re relevant to you right now. I always recommend a complete spring clean because you never know what your unconscious mind has stored away!
Remember you might use a different name for the emotion (for example, instead of ANGER or RAGE you might call it ‘annoyance’ or ‘fury’ or ‘getting mad’). If you’d like to refresh your memory about our Big Seven, just click this link: Accumulated painful emotions.
