Think carefully about the impact of repeatedly falling into these patterns of behaviour – on you and your relationships. Some are clearly more potentially damaging than others, but a score this high suggests you’ve been having a really tough time in relationships – opening yourself up to pain and disappointment at the hands of Heartbreakers and quite possibly sabotaging promising relationship with decent guys who could be really good for you.

So we need to jump straight to the million dollar question… WHY have you been doing these things?

Maybe you learned to ‘do relationships’ this way a long time ago. Inadequate role models in early life often leave us with some very bad habits that we need to unlearn. You can find out more about this in PART 2: WHY, WHY, WHY? and later in the programme I’ll also share some powerful research into the ‘good habits’ that are most likely to lead to happy and long lasting relationships.

However, falling into so many pitfalls on a regular basis can also be a clue to Emotional Baggage from the past that’s affecting your behaviour, choices and self-esteem in unhelpful ways… and this can make it really difficult to change. So, in PART 2 you’ll also find techniques I use in my professional work with clients, backed up by lots of psychological research, to help you explore WHY you may be finding yourself in complicated or painful relationships and what you need to fix. And these discoveries will flow through to create your individual Emotional Baggage Inventory.

Then, in PART 3: UNBREAK YOUR HEART FOR GOOD I’ll provide you with tools and information to help you clear out your Emotional Baggage and disconnect from the past, so you can make some profound and lasting changes in how you ‘do relationships’.

One of these changes will probably be to choose your relationships more carefully… and PART 4: THE RELATIONSHIP WISHLIST has lots of tools to help you with this. Then you’ll be ready to learn and apply new relationship skills – and there’s help with this in PART 5: THE RELATIONSHIP TOOLKIT.

It’s not a quick fix – it’s going to take time and effort – but after more than twenty-five years of professional and personal experience, it’s the best way I’ve discovered for breaking out of a pattern of painful relationships and getting ready for a loving relationship with a man who can really make you happy.
