Think carefully about the impact of each of these pitfalls on you and your relationships… have they made you more susceptible to Heartbreakers? Or even sabotaged a promising relationship with a decent guy who could have been really good for you?

Maybe you learned to ‘do relationships’ this way a long time ago. Inadequate role models in early life often leave us with some very bad habits that we need to unlearn.
