In the rest of PART 2 we’re going to explore each of these boxes in turn. I’m going to share some fascinating psychological research that underpins each of these topics, and bring it to life with examples drawn from my professional work with clients (and my own history of disastrous relationships!).

All through PART 2 there are lots of interactive exercises and questionnaires, to help you analyse your own particular situation… your personality, your past experiences, your Emotional Baggage, your relationship skills and how they might all be impacting your current relationships.
